About

Hi, my name is Dave, I am 49 and a few years ago got real sick and almost died.  Recently I had my book “The Sunshine Murders” published on Amazon.com and Audible.com.  Its a fast paced three part trilogy about a detective trying to solve murders on a California coast.  This was a big undertaking for me, when I contracted meningitis I was practically written off for dead.  Last year after tons and tons of therapy and reevaluation of my life and purpose I finally started writing my autobiography.  “My life, a life story of a man infected” was published in April 2012 and the “Sunshine Murders” in September 2012.  I am thankful I am alive however I am disabled now.  Its ok, Ive made peace with it….so with that said I hope that if you check out my book you will understand why its been such a big undertaking.  I believe we all have something to offer until we are gone….

  1. Hi Dave, the company I work for is running a big awareness raising campaign in the build up to World AIDS Day and we have been looking for someone living with HIV to write a short blog for us on the subject of “A Week in the Life”. Your life story is very inspirational and it would be great to have someone with so much professional writing experience collaborating with us. If you think you might be interested you can email me at ellieithv@gmail.com and I can answer any questions you have. Hoping very much to hear from you.

    Kind regards,

    Ellie
